We depart from Grand Bay and arrive at Ilot Gabriel at around 9:15 am, ahead of other boats and catamarans. Guests get to enjoy the island and its pristine beach for themselves for approximately 45 minutes to an hour before the crowd arrives. Afterward, we head to Ile Plate, where we spend most of the day. Upon arrival, guests are served snacks and drinks, including Taro Cakes and Mini quiches aux poulet et champignons.
Clients are then free to relax on the island, take a walk along the eastern or western side, or indulge in snorkelling. At noon, we serve a barbecue lunch featuring Grilled Chicken, sausage, fish, green salad, rotini pasta salad with boiled eggs, Cheese & Garlic Bread, and a mini banana tart for dessert. Beverages offered include tropical cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, juice, and water.
After lunch, guests usually spend an additional two hours relaxing on the island. We depart from Ile Plate at approximately 2:15 pm and sail back to Coin de Mire for an afternoon snorkelling session. After 45 minutes, guests come back on board where we serve chocolate cake and drinks. At around 3:15 pm, we cruise back to Grand Bay Beach House and drop off guests, usually between 3:30 pm to 3:45 pm.
