The cancellation must be made 5 days prior to the excursion date to be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the outing. After this date, the amount will be partially refunded. No refund will be accepted from two days prior to the trip.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 2 days (48 hours) or less before the event.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if the booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event.
If there is inclement weather and it is impossible to proceed with the sea outing due to meteorological reasons, the operator will propose a later date and reschedule the outing once the weather conditions are favourable. This is done to ensure the safety of our clients and prevent any risks to their security.
In the event of inclement weather, the operator will propose a later date for the outing and will reschedule the trip as soon as weather conditions permit.
If there is no possibility of reimbursement (in the case of an upcoming flight or no availability at the operator after the bad weather), the client will be reimbursed for the amount paid on the outing.
Please note that the service fee of 8% on the amount paid to the booking platform will not be refundable in any case.
