Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
- If the excursion cannot proceed due to inclement weather or official meteorological warnings, we will offer to reschedule the trip for a later date when conditions improve.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to the client’s departure date (e.g., an upcoming flight) or unavailability on our end, the full amount paid for the outing will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Service Fees
If the booking was made via an online platform, a non-refundable service fee of 8% of the total amount applies. This fee is charged by the booking platform and is not refundable under any circumstances as it is collected at the time of payment.Force Majeure Clause
Vitamin Sea Ltd shall not be held liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, cyclones, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen force majeure events. In such cases, we will assess refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for the excursion. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
